overview:

it is time for mode to reach it's full potential, for this to happen we need you!

mode is well known for showing all major sporting events as well as offering great food including a sunday carvery. we have an extensive drinks range which includes cocktails. by day we focus on food / drink and chilled vibes with live sport. by night we are a party venue with live dj and great drinks promos to warm you up before visiting our sister venue velvet nightclub to dance the night away.

the role of the manager:

most importantly, you must bring personality and ideas, this is a blank canvas for you to mold the venue in your image. this is not a robotic role where you go through the motions.

the successful candidate will be passionate about service, food quality & standards within the venue. you will need to be able to lead a team, to drive sales within the business. this will be a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to motivate your team to achieve their goals & to ensure that business standards are always maintained.

the right person will need to have all round knowledge of running a liquor led business, to include maximising sports opportunities around the major sporting events along with exploiting the fantastic opportunities that the large beer garden brings.

​

you will be expected to form links within the local community to source partnerships with local sports teams and leagues along with surrounding business to help develop weekday trade.

the manager will need to provide the customer with high-quality, well-presented options which always offer value for money.
